Retail Wireless Consultant
U.S. Wireless is looking for Retail Wireless Consultants to work in the Chicagoland area and Northwest Indiana.
As a retail wireless consultant, your main responsibility will be to maintain positive and personal customer experiences by making recommendations to customers about products and services, as well as participating in U.S. Cellular’s marketing and brand building efforts.
We are looking for candidates with at least a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to easily form relationships. You must be reliable, motivated, and knowledgeable.
Working as a Retail Wireless Consultant
Retail wireless consultants spend the majority of their time with customers. In this role, you will recommend products and services to customers, troubleshoot problems, and participate in marketing efforts. You will act as the face of U.S. Cellular, and your enthusiasm is crucial, because often times you will be a customers first interaction with the company.
We want candidates who are friendly and customer service-oriented. No experience is necessary, however we do require that applicants have at least a high school diploma. Communication skills are a must, and you must have an in-depth knowledge of the company, and the products you will be promoting.
