Telesales Representative
Verizon Wireless is hiring Telesales Representatives to work in Northeast, United States.
As a telesales representative, you will work in one of our fast-paced call centers. You will interact with customers and potential customers, and build and maintain relationships with them.
We want candidates who are great at multitasking, can work under pressure, and are friendly and customer-service oriented.
Working as a Telesales Representative
Telesales representatives spend the majority of their time talking to customers. In this role, you will perform a number of duties, all to promote complete customer satisfaction. Whether you are handling inbound customer calls, establishing new accounts, modifying existing ones, or simply volunteer a helpful answer to a customer in need, you will always make customer service your number one priority.
Although no experience or education is required, we do ask that applicants have great communication skills, are friendly, and are capable of answering questions and helping customers. Since customer service will be your number one goal, you must master several skills such as: thorough knowledge of product and service information, multitasking while on the phone with a customer, and the ability to survive in a fast-paced environment.
