Service Sales Representative
KONE is looking for Service Sales Representatives to fill openings throughout the United States.
You will proactively maintain, manage, and develop existing KONE customer accounts and retain and improve maintenance contracts to an existing customer base.
Sales Job Duties and Qualifications
Every day, KONE products transport millions of people all over the world. KONE is looking for a Service Sales Representative who will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals for account management and new business development within a territory. You will proactively maintain, manage, and develop existing KONE customer accounts and retain and improve maintenance contracts to an existing customer base.
You’ll contact prospective customers and secure new maintenance contracts and repair orders. You’ll also identify customer needs and offer services and products to meet those needs, as well as persuade customers to buy products and services and follow up on outstanding tenders.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business administration, or equivalent work experience. You should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the elevator and construction industries. Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in both oral and written communication is a must.
