Allstate Insurance is hiring Senior Customer Insurance Professionals to work in Woodridge, IL.
As a Senior Customer Insurance Professional, you will serve existing customers by assisting them with their questions, initiating sales opportunities, and resolving concerns.
We are looking for candidates who are friendly, organized, and ready to help customers. As a senior customer insurance professional, you will have to become a subject matter expert concerning new marketing campaigns.
Working as a Senior Customer Insurance Professional
Senior Customer Insurance Professionals typically work in an office setting, and spend the majority of their time handling customers. In this role, you will initiate sales opportunities and support marketing campaigns through inbound and outbound contacts. You will resolve customer concerns and questions, all the while maintaining quality customer service as your number one priority. As a senior customer insurance professional, you will work pro-actively to identify and act on cross-selling opportunities and become an expert on new marketing campaigns.
For this job, a high school diploma is required, as well as superb customer-service skills. You will be required to pass the Insurance Licensing Exam and obtain the necessary insurance licenses. Communication, organization, and negotiation skills are also mandatory. Bilingual candidates are highly desired and are encouraged to apply.
