Financial Specialist

Allstate Insurance is hiring financials specialists to work at our headquarters in Northbrook, IL.

In this role, you will start as an Allstate employee and then convert later on to an independent contractor. Once named an independent contractor, you will partner with established Allstate agents, offer full lines of Allstate products, and manage your own business.

We are looking for candidates who are organized, driven, and willing to work hard to accomplish their goals.

Working as a financial specialist

A financial specialist has the luxury of managing his or her own business. Once converted to an independent contractor, you will have the independence and flexibility to build and manage your own business. Along with this, you will have the opportunity to access Allstate households through the Agency Partnership, enjoy a highly competitive compensation plan, and have the ability to partner with established Allstate agents.

Financial specialist candidates need to be organized, committed and prepared to be their own boss. Responsibility comes with this job, and therefore candidates must be trustworthy, hardworking, and motivated. We value leadership skills and people that take the initiative. We require at least three years of experience a related field, and a background in insurance is a plus.
