Direct Sales Professional
Allstate Insurance is hiring organized, friendly, proactive individuals to work as Direct Sales Professionals in Woodridge, IL.
As a direct sales professional for Allstate, you will responsible for initiating and closing sales opportunities, as well as calling prospective customers and maintaining relationships with them.
We want candidates who will make customer service a priority, who are self-motivators, and who are dedicated to performing their best work.
Working as a Direct Sales Professional

As a direct sales professional, you will sell new business policies to potential customers, and close sales deals with them. In order to do this, you must gain a deep understanding of our products and services that you will be selling, and have the ability to answer customer’s questions about a variety of topics. You will support marketing campaigns, and by doing this you will enable the contact center to meet performance goals.
For a job as a direct sales profession, a high school diploma is required, as well as insurance licenses (or the ability to obtain insurance licenses). Training is provided, but previous call center and sales experience is preferred.
