Performance Improvement Manager
Ernst & Young is hiring performance improvement managers to work in our offices in Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal.
As a performance improvement manager, you will work with clients and other market leader industries to attempt to improve the performance, productivity, and efficiency of your division.
We want candidates who can lead a team and have great organizational skills. As the manager, excellent communications skills are required, as well as at least five years of related business experience.
Working as a Performance Improvement Manager
Performance Improvement Managers typically work with high-growth clients and other market leaders. As a performance improvement manager at Ernst & Young, your role will be to perform advisory engagements in accordance with the client’s plan, risk management strategy, and Ernst & Young’s internal audit methodologies. You will work closely with clients, and so you will need to develop strong relationships with client personnel. As a manager, it is your job to foster teamwork, and provide a workspace environment that is conducive to innovation and cohesiveness. It will be your job to wrap up projects and ensure their delivery.
We ask that candidates for this position have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, business, accounting, or a related field. Since this position is held in high esteem, we require at least five years of related professional experience. This position requires travel throughout southwestern Ontario, and therefore a valid drivers license as well.
