Job Description:
DeVry is looking for a Change Management Process Manager to ensure the standardization of procedures and to minimize the negative impacts of the work environment. You will facilitate communication between the IT department and business leaders in the Oakbrook Terrace, IL. area. A successful track record of management process experience and a firm understanding of computer security technology are required.
Responsibilities:
The Change Manager defines and enforces procedures and policies to improve the efficiency of corporate guidelines. You will work to improve the quality of success of all the implemented changes. You will oversee change requests, provide quality control, and make sure that reports are executed in a timely manner. You will coordinate all aspects of the change management process.
