JOB DESCRIPTION

Liberty Mutual Agency Markets is seeking Customer Service Representatives for their Golden, Colorado; Indianapolis, Indiana; and Liberty Lake, Washington locations.

Start your career at Liberty Mutual as a CSR in our Call Center’s Gold Division, which was recognized for “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience” by J.D. Power & Associates.

As a CSR, you’ll provide exceptional service to our agents’ customers by working as an extension of our independent agent offices for our Safeco products and Agency Markets services.

You will answer inbound customer calls and provide guidance and service to policyholders and agents.

You will close auto and homeowner sales from generated leads, counsel prospects and policyholders on coverages, limits, and regulations and develop quotes based upon acquired risk information.

You will also solve prospect or policyholder problems and use selling techniques during follow-ups to convert leads to sales.

Applicants should possess an associate’s degree or 6 to 12 months relevant work experience.

Previous customer service experience in a call center is strongly preferred.
