Working as an application developer

An application developer at Allstate is in charge of creating new technologically-advanced applications for Allstate. As an application developer, you will support the maintenance team, develop codes that are in conjunction with Allstate’s policies, and create accurate test plans. You will focus on marketing programs and tools that will create new technology solutions to better the company and help us more efficiently achieve our goals. Your innovation and drive will contribute to the success of the company as you translate complicated technical ideas into easily-understood documents for other employees, create accurate test plans, and have a business understanding of new technological innovations.
