Job Description:
Devry is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the strategic goals of the Compensation Department in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. Professional compensation certification is preferred. Excellent computer skills, critical thinking ability, and written communication talent are mandatory.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Compensation Analyst will assist the development and administration of Compensation policies and programs. You will conduct research, create job codes, and work with HR managers on a monthly basis. You will support the annual merit increase process, assist the Director of Compensation and Benefits, and oversee the management incentive program. You will also complete job documentation reviews and distribute the data accordingly.
