Job Description:

Devry is looking for a Benefits and HRIS Senior Manager in the Oakbrook Terrace, IL area to administer the full range of benefits to employees and manage the HR technology solutions department. You will be the direct liaison between the company and the insurance broker concerning plan structure.

Responsibilities:

You will oversee the auditing and compliance process, administer short and long term disability, and manage all health and welfare programs. In an HRIS capacity, you will maintain system capabilities and upgrades, develop and administer programs and work as the key source of knowledge concerning all HRIS systems.
