Executive compensation senior consultant
Allstate Insurance is seeking executive compensation senior consultants to work at our headquarters in Northbrook, IL.
Executive compensation senior consultants manage and administer executive pay and benefits. As an executive compensation senior consultant, you will assist in documentation, and provide support for executive compensation.
We want candidates who are motivated to work hard, and who will embrace their role as an executive compensation senior consultant. Analytical, leadership, and communications skills are a must.
Working as an Executive Compensation Senior Consultant
An executive compensation senior consultant typically works in an office setting, and has several responsibilities. As an executive compensation senior consultant, you will oversee the design, valuation, and administration of executive benefits plans. You will support these pay and benefits plans, and manage documentation. This duty alone includes the areas of legal and compliance reports, proxy statement disclosure, executive salary surveys, and long-term incentive plan design.
Because executive compensation senior consultants hold so much responsibility, at least 3-5 years of executive compensation experience is required, as well as a Bachelor’s degree. As an executive compensation senior consultant, you will oversee several different aspects of executive compensation. For this reason, we require excellent communication and managerial skills. The ability to make wise decisions is a plus, as is the ability to see and interpret the big picture.
