Business Analyst
Allstate Insurance is hiring Business Analysts to work at our headquarters in Northbrook, IL.
Business analysts use their practiced analytical, leadership, and communication skills in order to perform their job to the best of their abilities. As a business analyst, you will partner with clients to create business functionality, review business requirements, and develop training documentation.
We are looking for candidates with thorough business knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with clients and make decisions.
Working as a Business Analyst
A business analyst typically works in an office setting, and uses their business knowledge to apply communications skills to create business and functional requirements for the Global Talent Pool technology operations team. As a business analyst at Allstate, you will also create functional designs and leverage basic technical skills to address business processes. Along with these roles, you will work with clients to help create effective business applications. You will also need to review business requirements, resolve certain issues that arise, and consult test plans for projects.
As a business analyst, your job requires business knowledge and awareness of what occurs in the workplace. You must be able to solve problems that come up, and break down issues to conquer them effectively. Communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work well with others. You must have at least a college degree for the job.
