Job Description:
NorthShore University HealthSystem is looking for a full time Clinical Pharmacist to work in the Evanston Hospital Inpatient Pharmacy. You will work on the nursing units and participate in multi-disciplinary patient care. You will serve as an educational resource for staff and residents, in addition to working on committees to improve hospital performance.
Responsibilities:
You will maintain a clinical practice area, dispense appropriate medication and provide routine clinical & decentralized pharmacy services.
