Customer Care Specialist

Hu-Friedy is looking for Customer Care Specialists to work in Chicago, Illinois.

As a customer care specialist, your main duty will be to provide courteous, prompt, first-class service to our dealer partners, dental professionals, and other customers.

We want candidates who have at least 3-5 years of experience in a related field, as well as superb written and verbal communications skills.

Working as a Customer Care Specialist

Customer care specialists typically work in an office setting, and spend a good portion of their time working with customers. In this role, you will not only provide first-class service to our dealer partners and dental professionals, but you will also perform a number of specialized duties. These include prioritizing orders, looking up and identifying part codes, determining appropriate pricing, and making sure special instructions are communicated to distribution. When a customer situation arises, you will be responsible for finding a solution that yields positive, productive results. When speaking to customers, you will promote products and make a good impression in order to further strengthen your relationship with them.

We ask that candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as is a knack for superb customer service. Experience in a call center is a plus, but is not required for the position. Bilingual candidates are highly desired, and are encouraged to apply.
