JOB DESCRIPTION

Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute is in need of an Ambulatory Nurse Manager who will be responsible for a team of 35 caregivers, including Research Nurse Coordinators.

You will establish clinical direction for nursing care delivery…provide clinical supervision…and are responsible for clinical outcomes.

You will manage personnel and foster development.

A bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required, along with 3 years clinical nursing experience and 1 year management experience.

The successful candidate will demonstrate skill in leadership management…counseling…conflict resolution…and group process.

Candidates who have research experience are strongly preferred.

You must be a registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of Ohio, or able to obtain licensure in Ohio.
