Another selling point as a nurse in home care is the relationship with the patient. Having the ability to care one-on-one with a patient in their home and the sense of accomplishments achieved with the patient is very rewarding. Full and part time opportunities are available on first and second shifts. Some coverage is required for late hours, weekends, and on-call. Aurora Health Care also provides special scheduling options, such as a weekend program and 7 days on/7 days off. Qualified candidates must have 3 or more years of home care or acute care experience. Candidates must have a current Wisconsin RN license and valid Wisconsin driver’s license, as well as a reliable and insured vehicle and a good driving record. 3 or more years of Home Care or Acute Care experience is required for this position.
