Emergency Department Nurses
Aurora Healthcare is looking to fill both part and full time positions for nurses in the emergency department.
As a emergency department nurse here at Aurora Healthcare, your main responsibilities will be to use your nursing experience to deliver safe, therapeutic, quality patient care .
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about their job, and will make quality service their priority. You must be a registered nurse in the state of Wisconsin, or at least be eligible to gain a license.
Working as a Emergency Department Nurse

As a emergency department nurse, you will become immersed in the Aurora culture and incorporate our work ethic as your own. Your main duty will be to deliver care to patients by assessing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff, and implement point-of-care testing to meet CME measures.
The emergency department is one of the most stressful departments in the medical center, and for this reason, we choose our candidates carefully. In this role, you must be able to stay calm in stressful situations, and have the ability and knowledge to administer the proper care to patients. You must be a team player, and have a compassionate and optimistic mind set. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, and are also offered here at Aurora. You must be a registered nurse and have a valid license in Wisconsin, or at least be eligible to get one.
