Multifamily/Commercial Real Estate

Freddie Mac is hiring individuals to work full time in the Multifamily/Commercial Real Estate department in McLean, VA.

With a role in this department, you will work in the areas of underwriting, production and sales, CMBS capital markets, asset management, customer management and business transformation, among others.

We want experienced candidates who have great work ethics, work well with others, and have some level of certification in the field.

Working as in the Multifamily/Commercial Real Estate department

In this position, you will be responsible for a number of duties regarding your department. These include but are not limited to: the credit quality of loan production and underwriting for a particular territory, group of customers, and/or product type, and for deal management through rate lock. You will manage the activities of sales operations function, monitor the portfolio, and underwrite for all property types.

We ask that applicants have at least 2-10 years of strong experience in any of the following areas: underwriting, loan surveillance, credit evaluation, deal management, and agency or CMBS servicing. Asset management technology knowledge is a plus. We value strong leadership skills, the ability to work well with a team, and strong customer service and customer management skills.
