Mortgage Sourcing and Servicing

Freddie Mac is hiring individuals to fill mortgage sourcing and servicing positions in McLean, VA.

As a member of Freddie Mac’s Single Family Portfolio Management Division, you will integrate all aspects of performing and non-performing loan servicing, REO asset management, credit analytics, and servicer performance.

We want candidates who have at least 2-10 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree. We value employees who are knowledgeable, and can work well with a team.

Working in Mortgage Sourcing and Servicing

Here at Freddie Mac, we are seeking talented individuals to fill a number of positions across the division. Several of these roles include: developing and implementing effective loss mitigation, foreclosure prevention, REO disposition and capital recovery strategies and practices that enable Freddie Mac to mitigate and manage credit losses. You will work with the team from the Single Family Portfolio Management Division to perform loan servicing, credit analytics, and servicer performance.

We ask that candidates have between 2 and 10 years of experience in some of the following areas loss mitigation, default mortgage servicing, quality assurance, REO vendor management, or mortgage insurance. Communication and teamwork skills are required, and call center or customer service skills are also a plus. A Bachelor’s degree is a must, as is 2 years of related experience.
