Enterprise Risk Management Professionals

Freddie Mac is looking for Enterprise Risk Management Professionals to work in full time positions supporting our clients throughout McLean, VA.

In this position, you will work to enhance the value of the firm by ensuring that business strategies and risk management objectives are aligned across the company.

We ask that candidates have at least 2 to 10 years of related experience, have strong leadership and management skills, and enjoy working with others.

Working as a Enterprise Risk Management Professional

As an enterprise risk management professional at Freddie Mac, you will perform a number of duties related to the department. You will set the framework for identifying, measuring, managing, monitoring and controlling risk across the firm. Your main role will be to ensure that our business strategies and risk management objectives are aligned throughout the company. By doing this, you will play your part as a Freddie Mac employee and help provide affordable housing for Americans.

We ask that applicants have intrinsic and fair value analytical skills, as well as problem solving and communication skills. Leadership experience is a must, and we value highly the ability to communicate efficiently with coworkers. You must be proficient in Microsoft excel, pivot tables, charts, and more. Strong presentation skills are encouraged, as well as self-motivation and a great work ethic.
