Human Capital Tax Manager
Ernst & Young is hiring Human Capital Tax Managers to work in Vancouver and Calgary as a full time employee.
Human capital tax managers work to coordinate tax compliance and advisory work for clients. As a manager, you will also be responsible for delegating work, monitoring engagements, and overseeing the productivity of employees.

Working as a human capital tax manager
Human capital tax managers typically work in an office setting, and oversee various aspects of tax compliance and advisory work. As a human capital tax manager here at Ernst & Young, you will also have the title of “Tax Compliance and Advisory Manager”. Your duties will include coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients. You will also assist with forecasting future client compliance and advisory work. In your immediate office, you will delegate work effectively and efficiently among employees, in order to yield optimal productivity. Other duties include developing budgets and monitoring engagements.
For this job, a Bachelors is required, with the degree preferably in accounting. Qualified candidates will have at least five years professional experience in a related field, and knowledge of both Canadian and American personal tax. We also ask that you have proficient knowledge of automated tax processing systems, and a professional designation.
