Rasmussen College is hiring Program Managers to work in their Denver, CO location.
As a Program Manager, you will help ensure adequate student enrollment and accurately represent all policies and procedures of Rasmussen College. You will enroll prospective students into the program and schedule and conduct different appointments. You will be expected to meet the standards set for weekly and quarterly phone contacts.
We are looking for candidates who are able to communicate to all people, and conduct themselves in a professional and well kept manner. You will be expected to make many phone calls a day, so experience with this communication is preferred.
Working as a Program Manager
Program Managers typically work in an office or business setting, and will spend their time working with different students and enrolling them into the program at Rasmussen. As a member of the Rasmussen College team, you will be expected to make weekly phone calls to prospective students, and schedule appointments for them as needed. You must be proud of your past education and incorporate that into all of your work as a program manager. Your dependability and enthusiasm for routinely exceeding expectations will make you a perfect fit for a Program Manager position.
For a job as a Program Manager here at Rasmussen College, you must be great on the phone – that’s where you’ll do most of your work – and must always follow all of the procedures and policies set. You must have at least two years experience working in either customer service or sales. Preference will be given to those with experience in intangible service sales. A strong belief in the value of education is a must. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in order to be considered for this position.
