Rasmussen College is hiring a Dean of Student Learning to work in their Ocala, Florida location.
As a Dean of Student Learning, you will be helping work with students at Rasmussen College. You will concentrate on the following sub-populations such as first and second quarter students, students requiring remedial support, ESL or ELL students and students on warning or probation due to poor academic performance. You are making sure that all of these students find a way to succeed in an academic setting.
We are looking for candidates who are able to communicate to all people, and conduct themselves in a professional and well kept manner. You will be managing foundation courses in English and Math.

For a job as a Dean of Student Learning here at Rasmussen College, you must have a Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited school. Two years in management experience or similar background is required. You must have 4 years experience as an educator to be considered for this position. A strong belief in the value of education is a must.
