You will provide excellent customer service to students and employees and oversee the daily workload throughout all the service sectors. The Supervisor will direct day to day activities, mentor staff, and maximize the productivity and efficiency of the Escalation Desk team. Customer service is job number one.
Responsible for leading and supervising a team within the Student Finance Escalation Desk to achieve department goals.
