Senior Instructor
Allstate Insurance Company is hiring senior instructors, in cities across the US, to manage various educational projects and work with the sales team.
As a senior instructor at Allstate, you will be responsible for a number of duties involving the education of the sales team, managing projects, and maintaining a flow of communication and ideas between agencies.
We need candidates who are excellent communicators, and have great analytical skills. The ability to lead a team is crucial, and as a senior instructor, you must be organized, motivated, and influential in the workplace.
Working as a senior instructor
As a senior instructor at Allstate, you will manage people, data, and projects, and make sure each faction is organized and running efficiently. No specific education is required, but a college degree is preferred, and at least 5 years of training experience is necessary. Also, strong communication skills and analytical skills are mandatory, as are property and casualty, life, and health licenses. Five years of experience is needed, because as Senior Instructor, you will act as a subject matter expert to agencies and staff, have the ability to answer all questions relating to your area of interest, and be able to deliver educational solutions to your team. You must be motivated and willing to work hard to ensure that your knowledge is complete. You will use your communications and leadership skills to share your knowledge, insight, and work ethic with your team. You will also review educational programs and materials to ensure their effectiveness and credibility. As senior instructor, you will not only lead the “student” staff, but also a group of instructors. You will oversee the education of other agencies, and monitor their progress, educational curriculum, and principles.
