Instructor
Allstate Insurance Company is hiring Instructors to teach our sales team, in different locations across the country.
As an instructor, you will be in charge of the education of our sales team. You will be responsible for creating an environment conducive to learning, and providing the sales team with the right equipment and technology to sufficiently learn more about their jobs. As an instructor, you will educate them on the products Allstate offers, as well as the methods and technology that they will be using on the job.
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for education, can relate well to people, and who are willing to travel to other Allstate agencies to visit network offices.
Working as an Instructor
Instructors work with our sales team to teach them new methods and approaches to the sales world. As an instructor, you will prepare and facilitate technology and product education, as well as manage the education environment to ensure it’s credibility. In addition to roles explicitly involving education, you will also facilitate learning among other Allstate agencies, and help the flow of sales-related ideas throughout the company. While visiting other agencies, you will assess the product and technology skills of the curriculum, and utilize mediums, such as email and market meetings, in order to meet education goals and provide the best training possible.

An instructor at Allstate should have at least 3 years of experience as either a trainer or instructor. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, as well as property and casualty, and life and health licenses. A positive work attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, however, are mandatory.
