Verizon Wireless is hiring Technical Support Coordinators to work in the South region of the United States.
As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will be working in our fast paced call centers. You will be expected to answer 65-75 calls per day, and help those customers fully. You will be handling inbound technical support calls. You will work with other associates to create a team environment to offer 100% customer satisfaction.
Our Technical Support Coordinators are always there to lend a helping hand to our customers. Our technical team is the backbone behind Verizon Wireless. You must be willing to work at a fast pace, and always be ready for whatever problems may arise.
Working as a Technical Support Coordinator
Technical Support Coordinators typically work in a retail setting or call center. You will be focused on helping to troubleshoot software and hardware issues. As a member of the Verizon Wireless team, you must remain friendly, courteous, and patient with all customers. You will be identifying network and application issues. Finally, you will provide customers with detailed information on how to set up and configure data and voice products.
For a job as a Technical Support Coordinator here at Verizon, you must have what it takes to be successful. Experience is not required, but is always beneficial for this opportunity. A college degree and bilingual Spanish skills are a definite plus. You must also be able to work a variety of different shifts throughout the work week. Our call centers are open 365 days a year, so you must have open availability.
