Verizon Wireless is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work in various locations regions throughout the United States.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle on average 65 to 75 calls per day in order to help our customers. You will troubleshoot service and equipment concerns. You will be expected to research and resolve billing inquiries, and provide an overall great customer service experience.
We are looking for candidates who are multitasking masters and technology lovers. Our team thrives on being able to communicate effectively, and listen to what the customer needs and wants.
