As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle on average 65 to 75 calls per day in order to help our customers. You will troubleshoot service and equipment concerns. You will be expected to research and resolve billing inquiries, and provide an overall great customer service experience.

Customer Service Representatives typically work in an office or store setting, and spend their time connecting with customers and actively helping them with their concerns. As a member of the Verizon Wireless team, you will find answers for our customers in an effective way.
