US Airways Reservations Agent

US Airways is hiring reservations agents to work in full time positions in Phoenix, AZ.

As a reservations agent, you will use your customer service skills to aid customers, answer their questions, listen to their concerns, and help them schedule flight reservations.

We ask that candidates are friendly and willing to help customers book the best and most convenient travel arrangements possible.

Working as a Reservations Agent

In this role, you will work directly with customers. Often times, you will be the first person that our travelers come in into contact with here at US Airways. For this reason, you must be helpful and ready and able to answer customer’s questions about the airline and about their particular flight information. You will sell airline tickets to passengers and travel agents, and support reservations sales agents. You will also answer questions regarding fares, flights, and destinations. Customers will trust you to have valid information, as well as helpful answers and guidance.

We want candidates who are friendly and customer-service oriented, and have a knack for remembering details, such as flight information or ticket prices. A high school diploma is required, and you must be at least 18 years of age to apply. As a reservation agent, your schedule will vary, so you must be able to work various nights, weekends, or holidays. At least 2 years experience in a call center, or 3 years experience in sales or customer service are required.
