Customer Service Representative

U.S. Cellular is hiring customer service representatives to work full time in Bolingbrook, IL.

As a customer service representative, you will respond to customer questions, handle their concerns, and provide them with the highest quality service possible.

Candidates for this position must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and you must be able to respond quickly and professionally to any and all customer questions.

Working as a Customer Service Representative

Customer service representatives spend the majority of their time talking to customers, answering their questions, helping them solve their cell-phone related problems, and providing accurate responses. You will work in a fast-paced environment in which you will represent the company and what we stand for.

We ask that candidates have at least a high school diploma, and at least 2 years of experience working in a call center. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have great communication skills, and have a thorough knowledge of U.S. Cellular’s products and services.
