Client Service Associate
Fremont Bank is hiring client service associates to work at our headquarters in Fremont, California.
As a client service associate for Fremont Bank, you will perform a variety of tasks that relate to all phases of cash handling, customer service, product knowledge, and sales.
We want candidates with prior cash handling experience, as well as experience working in a bank. A professional appearance, and excellent communications skills are required for this position.
Working as a Client Service Associate
Client service associates work heavily with customers, and perform typical banking tasks such as cash handling, product knowledge, and sales. In this role, you will ensure client satisfaction by practicing, following, and implementing Fremont Bank’s Six Diamond service standards. Here at Fremont Bank, our relationships with our customers are second to none. Therefore, by applying our Six Diamond service standards, you will maintain these relationships and work to enhance them even further.
Ideal candidates will have at least one year prior banking or sales experience, as well as excellent customer service skills. Cash handling experience is a plus, and a professional appearance is required. We ask that candidates have superb verbal and written communications skills.
