Burger King is hiring Operations Coaches to work their North Indianapolis, Indiana location.

As an Operation Coach, you will be the primary point of contact within assigned markets to support 40-50 franchise restaurants in achieving superior operations in accordance with brand standards, increasing sales and improving profitability. Your main responsibility will be to evaluate each assigned restaurant to determine an action plan that will engage the Franchisee and its staff in continuous improvement in determined metrics. The Operations Coach takes an active teaching and coaching role to ensure the right behaviors are learned and supported so that improvements are sustainable over time.

We are looking for candidates who are effective in influencing others. You must have strong organizational and planning skills in order to complete responsibilities within given timeframes. You need to able to solve problems quickly, and want to motivate others alongside you.

Working as an Operations Coach

As an Operations Coach, you must be willing to travel 70-80% of the time to assigned restaurant locations. You must have a knack for problem solving, and be able to filter through responses, observations, and gather information to determine bottom line issues and appropriate action plans for all. You should have the ability to read and interpret financial statements and providing coaching on areas for improvement. Your strong teach and coaching skills will be able to drive improved and sustainable business results at the restaurant level.

For a job as an Operations Coach at Burger King, you must have 1-3 years related experience. It is required that you hold a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in order to be considered for this position. You need to have leadership and supervisory experience.
