Associated Bank is hiring tellers to work in full time and part time positions in Milwaukee, WI.
As a Teller with Associated Bank, you will aid customers by processing their transactions, answering questions, promoting current offers, and referring customers to further assistance if needed.
We ask that applicants have at least 6 months experience with cash handling or banking. A friendly disposition, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others are mandatory.
Working as a Teller for Associated Bank
In this position, you will work with integrity to build and maintain customer relationships. Since tellers are often the only interaction our customers have with the bank, you must be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. All of these traits are especially important, because a great deal of your job involves engagement with not only customers, but fellow employees and management. As a teller, you will answer questions and perform services for the customers. You will answer phones and comply with internal and external policies and regulations.
We want candidates who have great communications skills and a knack for engaging well with others. Customer service skills are mandatory, as the majority of your time will be spent interacting with and aiding our customers. Applicants must have at least 6 months experience in cash handling, retail, or as a bank teller, and should have some customer service and computer experience.
