Senior Commercial Service Professional
Allstate Insurance is hiring Senior Commercial Service Professional to work in S. Barrington, IL.
Senior service professionals handle customer calls, as well as a number of different concerns. As a senior service professional, you will answer customer inquiries and resolve complex service concerns in order to support customer service needs.
We want candidates who will dedicate themselves to performing their job to the best of their abilities, and who are will make customer service a priority.
Working as a Senior Commercial Service Professional
Senior Commercial Service Professionals typically spend the majority of their time talking to customers and helping them resolve their concerns. As a senior commercial service professional for Allstate, you will support customers’ needs by attending to several different services for them. For example, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, internal call transfers for cross-sales, up-sales, and mail or fax transactions. It is important to maintain close relationships with customers, and since you will be interacting a great deal with our customers, it is important that you are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
Although a college degree is not required, we do ask that candidates have at least a GED or high school diploma. Two to four years of related experience is required, and call center experience is a plus. Bilingual candidates are desired and are encouraged to apply. Customer service, communications, and relationship-building skills are mandatory.
