Allstate Insurance is looking for Claims Service Adjusters to work in various locations around the United States.
Claims service adjusters are an important part of the insurance claims process. As a claims service adjuster, you will estimate claims and then document them, in order to stay organized and keep the claim on file.
We want candidates who are willing to work hard, are capable of negotiating, and who make customer service a priority in their work day.
Working as a Claims Service Adjuster
Claims service adjusters typically work in an office setting, and spend the majority of their day reviewing theft, auto liability, total loss, bodily injury, and medical claims. As a claims service adjuster for Allstate, you will review these claims, then use computer software to document the evaluation process in order to keep the claims organized. Here at Allstate, we realize that this can be overwhelming. For this reason, we established a rigorous training program that will thoroughly cover all technical aspects of the position, so that you will have complete knowledge of your roles as a claims service adjuster. Our world-class training program will delve into the Allstate claim process and vehicle mileage reimbursement.
