Auto Claims Adjuster
Allstate Insurance is searching for Auto Claims Adjusters to work in various locations around the country.
Our auto claim adjusters have the luxury of choosing whether to work out of their homes or out of their local Allstate office. As an auto claim adjuster with Allstate, you will investigate claims, travel to damage sites then evaluate that damage, and use a special software to complete the evaluation of these findings.
We want candidates who will make customer service a priority, who has great communication and presentation skills, and excellent problem solving skills as well.
Working as an Auto Claims Adjuster
An auto claims adjuster typically works wherever they feel most comfortable: in their own home, or in their local Allstate office. As an auto claim adjuster, you will travel to sites, survey and estimate damage, and then evaluate as a report for Allstate’s records. Along with estimating auto claims and evaluating damage, you will negotiate settlements and prepare paperwork. Here at Allstate, we realize that this can be overwhelming. For this reason, we established a rigorous training program that will thoroughly cover all technical aspects of the position, so that you will have complete knowledge of your roles as an auto claims adjuster. Our world-class training program will delve into the Allstate claim process and vehicle mileage reimbursement.
Here at Allstate, we look to hire the best and the brightest. For this reason, we require that our candidates have at least two years experience of writing damage estimates, and at least a high school diploma. The I-CAR or ASE certifications are also mandatory; we well as strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
