Executive Recruiter

Allegis Group is hiring executive recruiters to work in their InSearch Worldwide division in various countries around the world.

Recruiting is an essential part of any company, and for this reason we take great care when choosing someone to represent our company in this field. As an executive recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the proactive targeting, creative sourcing, and screening of senior executive level candidates.

We are looking for friendly, proactive candidates who are motivated to do their best, to succeed as executive recruiters.

Working as an Executive Recruiter

An executive recruiter has a number of significant responsibilities, as he or she is in charge of hiring candidates that are the best possible fit for our company. As an executive recruiter for InSearch Worldwide, your job will include leading the targeting and screening of senior level executive candidates. You will be responsible for finding the best possible talent available to effectively represent our clients. Once the proper candidates are chosen, you will maintain communication with them and then provide them with the information necessary to begin their path toward success.

Since the role of executive recruiter is so significant and plays such a weighty role in our company and it’s employees, we take great care when selecting an individual for this position. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, and intuitive. You must have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in recruiting or other relevant work experience. It is imperative that you have a deep understanding of the client and their role, the competition, the industry, and the opportunities available.
