InSearch Worldwide is actively hiring experienced senior associate and consultant level executive recruiters in multiple locations and practices.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the proactive targeting, creative sourcing, and screening of senior executive level candidates

As an executive recruiter you will be expected to understand your client, their business, their compelling story, the competitors, the industry, and the opportunity.

As a partner with our clients, our role is to find the best talent available and effectively represent our clients.

You will interface directly with these senior candidates to manage them through the selection process, maintain feedback, and provide the intelligence to prepare them for success.

We are looking for outgoing, proactive, and confident candidates who are experienced in professional search.

Senior level candidates should have 2 to 5 years experience in recruiting or other relevant work experience.

You will be responsible for finding the best possible talent available to effectively represent our clients. Once the proper candidates are chosen, you will maintain communication with them and then provide them with the information necessary to begin their path toward success.

Since the role of executive recruiter is so significant and plays such a weighty role in our company and it’s employees, we take great care when selecting an individual for this position. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, and intuitive. You must have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in recruiting or other relevant work experience. It is imperative that you have a deep understanding of the client and their role, the competition, the industry, and the opportunities available.
