Senior Communications Consultant
Allstate Insurance is searching for senior communications consultants to work at their headquarters near Northbrook, IL.
Senior communications consultants will develop new communications strategies and implement them throughout the company, focusing on communication that reaches out to employee audiences.
We want candidates who have top-notch communication skills, innovative ideas, and creative communication strategies. Interpersonal and organization skills are a must.
Working as a Senior Communications Consultant
Typically, senior communications consultants think of creative ways to communicate information to our employee audience. As a senior communications consultant, you will not only develop communication strategies, but support innovative processes to deliver that communication as well. You will also provide support for enterprise initiatives. You and your team will research new media tools and tactics, and allow for a constant flow of ideas.
As a senior communications consultant, you will have a great number of duties and responsibilities. For this reason a Bachelor’s in journalism, communications, or public relations is suggested. At least 5 years of communications experience is required, as are excellent communication skills. You must know how to lead a team and manage a project. You must be organized and motivated, and have the ability to motivate others to work hard.
